Spotify plans to launch in Canada

According to a April 23 management report contained in Spotify’s annual account filling, the company plans to debut their service in Canada. The service gives users access to millions of songs and allows the streaming of live radio on multiple platforms and screens. Users can access the service on a PC, Mac, mobile phone, and home audio system. The cost of subscription to a ad free premium account is currently $10/month in the United States, so expect Canadian pricing to be around this number.

No word as to when Spotify will actually launch in Canada. The company currently has 32 million subscribers in 15 countries including the the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Germany.
